The 11th CED Meeting will take place at The Czech Academy of Science, Národní 3, 117 20 Prague 1, downtown Prague.
The building (conference venue) is situated just next to the tram stop Národní divadlo on the street Národní třída. This tram stop serves lines 2, 9, 18 and 22. The second tram stop (also called Národní divadlo) is situatednear the river side on the street Smetanovo nábřeží, and serves lines 2, 17 and 18. The nearest metro station isNárodní třída on the yellow line (line B), and is a 5 minute walk to the venue by foot. Like diatoms, people have variable tastes in accommodation. As the capital city of Czech Republic, Prague offersmany different possibilities, and while the organisers have not provided any special offers for participants, visit thewebsite‘s “Accommodation“ section for some links to help you book your room (see the special offers for a goodprice). The meeting will take place in the city center and is very easily accessible by walking or public transport.
Prizes for the best student oral and poster presentation will be evaluated by the scientific committee and awarded by the organizers.
